Reputation glitch

I have noticed that some of my (and possibly others) posts are being rated faster than is humanly possible (at the same time as they are posted).
This is possibly a glitch.

I just replied to a thread, clicked send, clicked view topic, only to find it at -1, less than a second after it was posted.
No-one could possibly click the button to rate it that fast.

I hope this gets fixed soon as I think that others may be getting the same problem but not noticing it or presuming it's legitamate.

PS: I have a screencap of the post, but it doesn't really say anything.
