The meaning of Vore

Believe it or not, I did not know what vore meant.
This whole time I thought it was some other hentai word and is a general pokemon hentai forum, but boy was I wrong.

So that's why it makes sense the forum is all about eating pokemon..

The problem is, I'm not sexually attracted to being eaten. O.o

you don't have to be. It's just one definition of vore, and I think there was even a thread a while back talking about why people like vore. I mean there's no reason you can't like it for something else right?

You don't have to be sexually drawn to it to like it. I've met people before who like vore, yet have no sexual interest in it.

vorarephilia... vorare meaning "to devour" and philia meaning "to like"...pretty much its an unusual attraction towards the act of eating. a fetish doesnt have to be linked towards one's sexual desires, though it is very common. I actually have discovered that I have a sneezing fetish (I dunno why but I love forcing myself to sneeze... |3), but i don't find it sexually attractive at all... it's just one's personal pref to unite them (any odd fetish and sex).

The word 'Fetish' is also subject to examination.
It means an obsession, however only reciently has it started to mean only sexual obsessions.

You can be interested in something without finding it sexual.

It used to mean lazy, now it means gay.
