Lucario vore = pain?
Well... just now it crossed my mind as i was browsing the forum...
Lucario has this bigass spike on his/her chest... and pointing to the banner... aint that gonna hurt pretty badly when said charizard swallows him/her down?
So in the end, wouldnt lucario vore be impossible without severe throat-damage?

Heh, I noticed the same myself. My guess, it's a self-defense mechanism.

Well, if the lucario was willing, they could carefully position themselves to avoid injuring their partner... But it would still be difficult.

Does anybody actually know WHY Lucario has those spikes? Are they even really spikes?... They aren't like claws; claws are functional. Those spikes seem like decor...perhaps they're removable?

lucario vore=awesome.
i never really thought about those spikes i guess. i think they must be detatchable, if they serve no practical purpose. kind of like an iguana's tail. it comes off with little damage, and grows back in time.

Re: Lucario vore = pain?
You are all missing a really significant detail. In the banner, Lucario is being eaten by CHARIZARD. Do you think something that breathes fire is going to have a sensitive throat?
Seeing as how just about EVERY detail about every pokemon is seemingly unnecessary, I don't see that as a reason why the spike would be weak. Also, Lucario is also a steel type, so the spike HAS to be real because of that. One big ass hard, sharp, spike that cannot be removed and deadly for body slams.
But is that going to stop a charizard? I say not. And that concludes my lecture.
*Proceeds to take a bow while everyone else looks disgruntled and painfully amused*

Re: Lucario vore = pain?
Serenity has a point, Lucario is a steel type, that has to raise a few issues of it’s own. I don’t think eating a Lucario for food would be a horrible idea. Digesting a steel type would either be impossible or quite uncomfortable. Imagine having to pass a full lucario through you’re digestive track, ouch. On second though a few people here might actually enjoy that, but that’s beside the point.
Also on the subject of the spikes I think they’d be a choking hazard above anything else. And those hand spikes could really tear things up if the lucario struggles. As for the point of function, I don’t know about the chest spike but I assume the hand spikes made for a strong pimp slap.

The people who don't do digestion on a regular basis, such as myself, probably wouldn't have much trouble getting Lucario out of their stomach. If he went down one way smooth enough, he can go back up the same way. Or you could use teleportation if can.
As for the chest and paw spikes...they could be rather blunt on the tips.

So at this point I can imagine it would be a bad idea to eat a Lucario, unless it's willing. Or MAN are you gonna get screwed up.

No, ah'd wager they're real, sharp spikes. But a figgered the type weakness comes into play. Lucario is a Fighting/Steel type, correct? Well, if a Lucario's being eaten by a fire type, there's a natural disadvantage. That Charizard above, eating Lucario, while unwilling? Beliveable.
Why? Because ah think that due t' all th' flames a Charizard breathes, it's insides would be hot enough t' melt steel. So those sharp, pointy spikes on Lucario would melt like hershy's kisses on a warm surface goin' down. At least ah think it would. the heat removes any chance to damage the Charizard while leavin' Lucario (relatively) safe t' squirm about on the way down until curled up in that tight, squishy tummy.
Ah'd wager that Lucario would have a good... 10 minutes of struggling before he/she passed out, unless Charizard there swallowed some air. But if Charizard did that, we'd know it's a true voraphile, who loves uaving living things inside itself, so.. Lucario would be joined shortly by another unsuspecting pokemon.

I agree with what you've offered, Roug. :3 Steel has a weakness to fire, and type comparisons really seem to be the 'ultimatum' with Poke'mon.
The question in that event, is, who would be next to join him? ;3

Well, from all this talk of Charizard being able to eat him due to the whole fire breath thing, then other creatures like dragons, who also breath fire wouldn't have any problem either. So maybe he's a pain for some creatures to eat, but for others, Lucario could be the best meal they ever had.

Exactly! Even in vore, type weaknesses still play a big part of it. Of course, size plays a difference here as well. So... just use yer imagination.

Re: Lucario vore = pain?
Plus you never know if your meal might be willing. Lucario might light up at the sound of someone saying they want to eat him, so you have to take into account the willingness of some preys. If he's willing, he's not going to let those spikes hurt his predator, and could even have some sort of protective covering to go over them so he doesn't hurt his predator.

I would assume that the spike is, if nothing else, a really crummily located natural defense against predators. However, since this is vore, and Lucario is such a wonderful prey, I say we just let Lucario be food regardless

Re: Lucario vore = pain?
Well, I can be totally honest here on this subject. I've been devoured enough times to know that the spike really doesn't matter to a hungry predator, you're still going to be food either way x3. But my spike is a bit dull so as not to stab others on the way down. My opinion on the banner though, it looks as if that's the kind of expression saying, "Oh, I hope he doesn't chomp down on me..." kind of look. xD

Don't know if this has been answered yet, but in the show, on the episode where Ash's buizel faced Maylene's lucario, that lucario used his paw spikes to do "metal claw."
