Our New Co-Admin: Blue Charizard!

That's right, Blue Charizard is our new Co-Admin! I gave him the position because he is a trustworthy friend, and he has many more coding skills than this noobish Charmeleon has. :3 You may also know him as the owner of Scalespot Forums.
He will be helping me moderate the HPF. ^^ Some new features are also going to become available thanks to his efforts! So please welcome Blue Charizard!
