New Co-Admin: Kotetsu. :3

Kotetsu has proven himself to be an excellent chat moderator who has kept me updated on issues and his resolutions of them for quite some time. He has even addressed issues that occurred outside of the chatbox, allowing me to go to the people responsible and speak with them about the issue -- most of which I would have missed if it wasn't for Kot's help. I can safely say that Kot is one of the most dedicated staff members I've had.

Seeing that he's been so helpful, I have chosen to make him co-admin, so that his dedication to the HPF can be fully realized. =3
