New Moderator for General Discussion: Houndoomed

Heya guys, Guan again filling in for Charem. First, I'd like to thank everyone who signed up for the General Discussion moderator application; all of you were viable candidates, and it's wonderful to see that you were willing to take some time from your busy schedule to help maintain our board and continue to make it an appealing and professional place for all interested.

That said, we've decided to enlist Houndoomed as the most appealing person for the position considering his humble enthusiasm and longevity here in the forums. Make sure to congratulate him; he's got quite a responsibility on his shoulders, and the support would be very much appreciated.

I will be announcing this later in the marquee list addition to a few other adjustments I've been making. Thanks much!
