Kotetsu's Administrator/Chatmod Privileges Have Been Removed Indeterminately.

Kotetsu is for now removed of his positions as an HPF staff member, administrator, and chatbox moderator. This is due to his poor behavior regarding an issue on the forum, failure to disclose any information on said issue, and disrespecting and disobeying his superior.
This decision is being upheld for an indeterminate amount of time. Staff discussion will take place before a concrete decision is reached.
