New Forum/Topic Icons!

It took me a while to get everything working right (I finally learned how to make transparent graphics), but new icons are now in use for forums and topics! Unread topics will be fully visible, while read topics are transparent. I hope this will help those who didn't like the previous read/unread indicators (which, quite simply, sucked).
