Suggestion: General Gaming Discussion.

Just an idea that me and a few other people would love to have around here. I've noticed that a lot of us here on HPF are avid gamers from many platforms and well as it stands we only have a General pokemon discussion. There are a few threads scattered about in the forums discussing other games and it would be nice to have a collective forum for discussion and megathreads on just about any game not related to pokemon.

Just some rules planned out for this section:

Keep all spoilers inside a [spoiler] tag and be sure to warn about

Keep discussions civil, let's not start a console war.

No setting up account trades/sales for MMOs and steam and such... as well as asking to purchase virtual items for Real life cash. If your game has some sort of trade system, please keep them within their respective discussion thread.

And of course general forum rules and such.

That'd be fine by me, honestly.

It would certainly be a neat addition to the site that I can't imagine would hurt anything as long as people follow the rules.

It would be nice talking about all sorts of other games, ranging from the Battlefield series to retro games like Mario or Sonic

I like hearing what other people think about games so i can check them out. This seems like a good idea.

How much positive feedback is needed to make this possible 'cause I'm for it.
A gaming section would help clear up topics quite a bit as well as being fun.
I already hear that someone may be organising an SSBB tournament some time in the future which would be completely relevant to the section proposed.
