Chatbox problem?

Not quite. It's not working correctly for me either. I open the chatbox on a new page and it doesn't show ANYTHING, but when I refresh on the main page, it shows me as a bunch of numbers that signed in and nothing else. What's going on?

Well, I posted that quite some time ago... but yes, there are problems again now. Rather large ones, as far as I can tell.

Yah, we need one of the big bosses to come fix it.

Not that simple. According to Charem, the host site did something to the code which apparently 'fixed' the site and improved it.. which led to all these glitches and such. I couldn't even access the forums yesterday for a while; only the front page. Charem can't do anything about it but report it just as others have done and hope they fix it properly.

It's better than it was a few weeks ago, but still not back up to it's former glory. Believe you me Charganium, we used to have huge RPs and big chats there.

Ok, I can't get on the chatbox. It sais that I am always being disconnected for some reason... I'm not happy...

the chat box died! D: I cant even see the updates! maybe we should get a new chat box or something...I miss chatting ;__;

The mini chat on the main site doesn't like me either. I keep getting kicked out when I try to use it. Big chat just is completely blank on showing who is there and such. If only we could get a new chat.

It seems to work alright for me..

Edit: It signs me off after five minutes of inaction, but I don't know if that's a problem, or part of the programming:p

This "everyone in the chat getting auto-logged out every few seconds" glitch has happened twice since I've been here. I love the chatbox, but it's so frustrating sometimes... does anyone know what ails it?

I don't have a clue why it does that. All I know is, it's done it since forever.

To be honest, it used to be worse, at least in terms of glitches... um... I think.

Hey, I'm kinda new here. Well anyway I just wanted to say that, being new, I wanted to try out the chatbox, but each time I go to one (the webpage and the mini one) it just says that I've been disconnected. sometimes if there are others on it it shows their usernames at the side, but no text in the chatbox itself. This annoys me, seeing as I can't go on. I hope you guys can figure this out, and hopefully fix it.

There should be a log in button in the upper corner of the chatbox.
Right now there's something wrong with the chatbox window and some people can't log in on the full windowed chatbox, but the mini one at the bottom works fine.

I can get into the chatbox with no problem at all I just click on the thing saying join the chat and it pops a new window and just log in and it works fine

Ah, right >.< darn, I'm so stupid, lol.

The chatbox problems aren't yet over. Every time I log in, I get the "you are disconnected" message.

Right now the log in button on the main chatbox is broken, but if you use the one right at the bottom of the HPF main page then that one seems to work fine.
