3/19/09 Forum Updates

Okay! Quite a lot of new things have added recently by our provider, so here's the updates I enacted!

Flood Control: New Topics, New Posts, and New PMs can only be made by a user, once every 15 seconds. This is to control any spammers that might show up. I figure that 15 seconds isn't a terribly long time to have to wait anyways, so this shouldn't bother anyone. =P

Multi-quote: New button next to 'Quote'. Makes it easier to quote multiple people in one post! ^..^

Marquee Announcements!: Yay! Now the top of the front page is much more space-efficient! Announcements will now be posted in the new marquee below the Nav links! ^..^

More-Detailed Profiles!: Now profiles are set up in a clean, tabbed fashion! In addition, visitor messages can be left on a person's profile, and a friends list can be kept! =D

Avatar in Member List: Now a thumbnail of people's avatars are displayed next to their name when searching in the Memberlist. :3
