Hey houndoomed what would you like to see evolve? a third stage to Houndoom perhaps? *Imagines a Cerberus-like hell hound*

I already mentioned it in some point above, but I'm honestly not interested in a third stage of the Houndour line. For some reason, it's always a name issue with me... for the first two, it's the word 'hound' with the D leading into a darkish, four-letter word. Dour, doom.

Main problem for me is partly that further evolving it might end up with something needlessly vicious-looking, and then the name thing. I've already thought about it, actually, and everything sounds forced.

Houndark: Sounds stupid and forced and I used it as a nickname on the game when I was like 10.
Houndamn: Hah, they aren't gonna use it 'cause it's a swear. xD

So, not that I meant to go off on a rant, but... yeah. Maybe I'm just weird for not wanting my chosen evolution line extended, but whatever. x3

As far as what I -do- wanna see evolved... maybe Sableye or Mawile. They're both too awesome, idea-wise, to be so subpar. x3

wonder what a evo of Sableye would look like?, he kinda looks like a bejewled Gremlin, in a cool way of course.

I dunno. Power Gem could be its 'special attack' of sorts, though. And then give it some better Sp. Attack and Speed, maybe. It looks like it should be a lot faster than it is. For appearance; definitely bigger, the crystals jut out more to make it kinda spiky. That'd look kinda cool, actually. I should draw one. x3

As for Mawile... I honestly have no ideas, but it'd probably just upgrade what it's already good at stat-wise; Attack and Defense.

Dunno. Then it'd kinda be Girafarig... but with two head-mouths, instead of a mouth on each end.

or the head mouth gets its own type like Plant? (grins thinking of Little Shop of Horrors)

Not unless Pokemon goes the Paper Mario/Mario and Luigi games route and decides to let you target specific body parts. x3

ehhhh... I think the only pokemon that needs more evos would be Eevee, I mena c'mon, it needs a ghost evo, and a ground evo, c'mon! the posibilities are endless!

Some type of lion, probably. That's another one that I don't think really needs a third stage though.

Heh. Acanthite, the fansite I linked to has a fanmade mawile evo in there. A pokemon that CERTAINLY didnt need to evolve already did in regards to comments of some 2 stage pokemon. Porygon evolves again, through ANOHTER trade!

Porygon first evolves to Porygon 2, and then Porygon Z, and it doesnt even really get better with evolutions. Also both require to be traded to attain.

In my old game, I had two diamond games, and one platinum. I just traded a bunch between and eventually got all the trade evolutions.

The LAST thing we need is a pachi evo. ENOUGH Pika remakes already! I swear, they are intent on flooding us with the damn things.

I agree with this completely. Going off the top of my head, as far as the number of Pokemon each stone evolves...

Fire Stone: 3
Water Stone: Not sure, actually. At least 3. Eevee, Poliwhirl, Staryu... Shellder, maybe? I'm not sure.
Leaf Stone: 3
Moon Stone: 2
Sun Stone: 2
Light/Shiny Stone: 2
Dusk Stone: 2
Awakening/Dawn Stone: 2

So for each of these things, only a few Pokemon at most are actually evolved by the stone. Then, there's so many others that evolve by the more frustrating item way. (Trade with an item). Y'know, since the items used are actually useful, and a lot harder to get in the first place than stones.

Metal Coat: 3, 2 of which turn Bug-Steel type. What the crap, isn't one of that bizarre, crappy combination enough?
King's Rock: 2

And then the useless trade-evolve items:
Both of Porygon's discs.
Rhyperior
Magmortar
Electivire
Dusknoir

Random side note, I like Porygon-Z. And why is it that pretty much every 'good' Pokemon that comes from these is a trade evolution? A couple of Eevee's forms are really good, but most of them suffer from weirdly distributed stats, horrible movepool, or both.

Then everything else with stones is considered either good or passable. Starmie's the most mainstreamishly used of 'em.

Then... well, I don't think anything that evolves by Metal Coat or King's Rock is super awesome. Although the subject of King's Rock evolutions makes me want Politoed vore. >.>; Moving along!

And everything that evolves by trading with something useless is passable (Magmortar) or pretty awesome. Que pasa conlo? Uhm, I mean what's up with that?
