Battle Hall (Platinum)

Battle Hall (Platinum)
Well, I'm at a loss for this one. When I fail miserably at all the other facilities in the Battle Frontier, it's because I'm not strategetically sound... that is, all I have is sweepers, always.
At the Battle Hall, on the other hand... you pick one thing, and beat on 10 of each type until you get to the Frontier Brain... after beating all of them. Now, seriously... is there any one Pokemon that can even DO that? The closest I've got was my Tyranitar, and it got destroyed by a Staraptor.
So... anyone have any ideas for Pokemon that can beat it? And please don't name legendaries, because they're either ineligible or I've already tried. The ones I always hear aside from legendaries are Lucario and Garchomp, and I don't see how to manage it with either of them, anyway.

I... don't know what to say... I can make customized pokemon, however, which can be accessed via ARDS (No, It doesn't mess your games up *much*. I have one, and nothing has happened to any of my games so far)
I... I could make you a pokemon that could beat it... If you... want, that is...

I appreciate the thought, but I was thinking more along the lines of legitimate Pokemon. x3 Thanks anyway, though.

Re: Battle Hall (Platinum)
Try a Pokémon that can learn moves of different types and have them hold a berry that weakens moves of the type they're weak against. It would also help if one of the moves they know is good against the type they're weak against. My Luxray has Spark, Fire Fang, Crunch, and Ice Fang, and he actually beat the Brain. Had him hold a Shuca berry, but he didn't really need it after all. XP You can actually choose which type to face next, so you don't really have to fight one single type for all ten rounds. I don't think it would matter which Pokémon you use, but make sure it's a strong one with a different variety of move types, and have it hold a good item.
Some legendaries are actually allowed though. The trios of the different regions are allowed, and I think Latias and Latios are also allowed. Cresslia, Regigiggas, and Heatran are allowed as well.

Well, I know all those things. There's a few problems though.
A) The berry doesn't help much if you get beat in one hit anyway, i.e. Weavile. Focus Sash for the win.
B) I knew all about the legendaries, by the way.
C) Speaking of Focus Sash, the AI loves killing it with one move, then using Quick Attack, etc. for the rest. Annoyingly enough, it's mostly the enemies who actually have their own Focus Sash who do this.

Re: Battle Hall (Platinum)
Huh. Interesting. Never had that really happen to me. Well, just trying to offer advice. You could try Brightpowder for an item choice if you have it. Maybe Pokémon that have high Defense and Special Defense will help. Don't think I can come up with a single Pokémon that can do it all. Maybe using one that has only one weakness will help, or the two that have no weakness, though they might not work. The first time I did the Battle Hall, I used my Scyther, who can handle every type except Steel. I think he did ten rounds before I switched to someone else. Next was my Lucario, who has good moves, though she got creamed by the brain. She had a Machamp with Revenge. I didn't let that save though. XP I restarted so it didn't count and I lost my streak with her. My Luxray was the third one I used for streaks, and he beat the brain. I think she had a Heracross that time. He beat it easily.

Re: Battle Hall (Platinum)
I've beat the brain... x3 My problem is getting to her and beating her the second time. Which means beating all of every type.

Ack, I really hate this. Once I got to the final battle, and had the worst luck. I think it was a pinsir that OHKOd me.
I think I did mine with a Garchomp. It knows some pretty good moves for it. If you want a MS ill happily boot up my Platinum version and find it for ye :3 (It did take several attempts, namely because of the luck involved, and because I kept on failing against certain pokemon early due to picking bad types)

I used my 'Huge Power' 'Sacred Fire' Infernape.
In the double battle I used two Lucarios with Huge Power and Bad Dreams.
Both had Spore and other incredibly powerful moves.
I don't think I could do it with legal pokémon.
