Character Description :: A rather large Lucario, height wise. He usually spends his time studying, exploring, or simply learning. Because of his vast amount of knowledge, he can do many things above the abilities of the average Lucario. For example, he has immunity to and can learn almost any kind of attack. He also knows how to handle pretty much ANY meal, even if it is far larger than himself. He will not be prey or take part in sexual encounters in almost any circumstance, aside from those he places a large ammount of trust in. Eventually, he honed his mind to the point that it could manipulate the very fabric of the universe. This could be used as a very powerful weapon, however, he mainly uses it to change gender, as well as rarely changing form. This move is certain to hit. Psychic Power: 90 Accuracy: 100 PP: 16 Special: Lower Sp. Def chance Description: The foe is hit by a strong telekinetic force. It may also reduce the for's Sp. Def stat. Dark Pulse Power: 80 Accuracy: 100 PP: 24 Special: Flinch chance Description: The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. It may also make the target flinch. Additional moves, specific to RP's: Dragon Pulse Power: 90 Accuracy: 100 PP: 16 Special: None Description: The foe is attacked with a shock wave generated by the user's gaping mouth. ExtremeSpeed Power: 80 Accuracy: 100 PP: 8 Special: Attack First Description: The user charges the foe at blinding speed. This attack always goes before any other move. Aura Storm Power: --- Accuracy: --- PP: 1 Special: 1 Hit K.O. Description: Lucario flies up into the air and launches a giant aura powered laser at his foes.
